1. Staff must be dedicated and reliable.
2. Always maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
3. Be responsible and responsive in communications. Avoid "ghosting" and ensure timely replies.
4. Staff should treat each other, guests, and clients with courtesy, respect, and politeness.
5. Your character/face claim (FC) should clearly indicate itβs an RP account. Provide a brief explanation of your character, including year of birth, in your bio. The timeline should not include real-life content such as reposts or mundane autobase replies. Make sure your account and interactions are active.
6. Staff must be at least 20 years old (no underage staff).
7. Staff are not allowed to use prohibited FC.
8. Twin FCs are permitted within one job, except for talent in the same category.
9. You may work on up to 3 projects, including Noir, as long as it doesnβt interfere with your responsibilities here. Ideally, Noir should be your primary focus.
10. Staff are prohibited from engaging in any romantic or personal relationships with fellow Noir staff (no FWBs, etc.).
11. Talent and adult performers must refrain from entering any relationships with anyone unless explicitly permitted by their significant other. Proof of permission must be provided.
12. Applicants who have been accepted as trainees must complete a two-week probationary period.
13. Applicants who remain inactive for two consecutive days after being accepted as trainees will be considered disqualified during the probationary period.
14. Trainees who remain inactive for two consecutive days after being appointed as staff will be considered to have resigned from their position.
15. Staff must be available and on standby from Thursday to Sunday between 7-11 PM (depending on your position).
16. Staff are required to submit attendance by 3 PM before Noir opens.
17. Staff must use their code name in their display name (DN) during working hours.
18. Staffs are expected to uphold and protect the company's reputation at all times.
19. Staff must keep internal matters confidential and not share them with outsiders.
20. Avoid joking about resignation, as it can create unnecessary confusion and concern.
21. Staff should not interact with guests outside of office hours, particularly talent.
22. Salaries are based on your position, with bonuses tied to attendance and contributions.
23. Trainees will receive their first salary the month following their start date if they are accepted as staff.
24. Staff must inform HR and their division chief when changing accounts, taking hiatuses, or being absent.
25. Profile changes (FC/code name) should occur at least two months after filling out the staff form.
26. Staff are entitled to two absences per month and a maximum one-month hiatus for urgent reasons.
27. Absences without prior confirmation will result in a salary deduction.
28. The company reserves the right to reprimand staff who neglect their duties.
29. A warning letter will be issued after four consecutive days of inactivity or if two rules are violated.
30. After receiving two warning letters and continuing violations, staff will be terminated.
31. Staff contracts are valid for two months and are renewed every three months.
32. Resignation or job switch requests are permitted after completing a two-month tenure in accordance with the contract, provided there is a clear and urgent reason.
33. If you wish to resign or switch jobs within two months, you must find a replacement.
34. Once your resignation/job switch is approved by the division chief, please notify HR at least one week in advance.
35. After resigning, staff should leave group chats in a polite manner.

6. VIP Room Rules.
β¦Β Rated activities at VIP Room can be conducted from 7:00 PM until 2:00 AM (next day), without breaks or sleep.
β¦ Extensions are allowed (until 11:00 AM the next day) only in the event of mutual inactivity and upon consent from both the guest and the talent.
7. Talent Confirmation Protocol.
Talents must confirm:
β¦Β When they receive the order form from the bartender.
β¦ When they arrive at the guestβs room.
(Note: If a talent doesnβt respond within 10 minutes after being assigned, the bartender will reassign the guest to another available talent.)
8. Guest Refusal & Blacklisting Policy.
β¦ Talents may not refuse or request blacklisting of guests without valid reasons, such as:
1) Guests with unclear or inactive accounts.
2)Β Guests who make inappropriate or privacy-invading requests.
3) Guests who consistently ghost or disappear during sessions.
β¦ Talents must submit proof (screenshots) to the division chief when reporting a guest.
β¦ Once a guest is blacklisted, the decision is final and cannot be reversed, as it may impact coordination with other divisions.
β¦ There is no limit to the number of blacklisted guests, but we encourage professionalism and awareness of the responsibilities that come with the talent role.πΏπ΄ππ΅πΎππΌπ΄π
